Schedule a Tour: Individual tours of The Clubhouse facility are available by appointment on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday between 9:45 and 10:45 am. We recommend a tour prior to application to ensure both Parents and The Clubhouse are well suited for a close working relationship within this small educational/child care community. Application paperwork is available at this time.

Return Enrollment Application: A completed Application Form accompanied by a non-refundable $75 fee will place a child on the Enrollment List for the year of intended placement. Placement in groups is determined by application date.

Enrollment Procedure: In mid-January the enrollment process begins for the following school year to start in September. Once re-enrollment of current families is complete we begin placing applicants from the Enrollment List.

Acceptance Notification: In early March notification of acceptance and successful placement schedule is distributed.

  Final Placement: A child is considered enrolled and successfully placed when a Confirmation of Schedule Form accompanied by a full security deposit is received. The deadline for this process is April 1st of the year to begin in September. If we do not receive a response by April 1st, we consider the application withdrawn and the space is made available to another child on the Enrollment List.

What to Expect: Once a child has been enrolled and successfully placed, in early August an Enrollment Packet consisting of: Letter of Agreement, all 9 Child File forms required by our Licensing agencies, and a Clubhouse Handbook will be issued. A Welcoming Newsletter will be distributed with details of Teacher Visitations, Things to Bring to School, What to Expect and Helpful Tips to ensure a happy and smooth transition into a wonderful year together.
